These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website of New G Education Inc ("we", "us", "our") and describe the conditions under which we provide Canadian student and immigration services. By using this website or contacting us for services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who provides the services
Canadian immigration consulting and representation is provided by Xuan Zhang, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC, License No. R535089), licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and authorized under section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) to represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for a fee.
2. Website information is not advice
The content of this website is general information only. It is not immigration advice, legal advice, or an opinion on your individual case, and it does not create a consultant–client relationship. Immigration programs, requirements and processing standards change frequently; always confirm current requirements with IRCC or through a consultation. A consultant–client relationship is created only when a written retainer agreement is signed by both parties.
3. Services and retainer agreement
All professional services are provided under a written retainer agreement that complies with CICC requirements and sets out the scope of services, fees, payment terms, refund terms and the responsibilities of each party. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed retainer agreement, the retainer agreement prevails for the services it covers.
4. No guarantee of outcome
We commit to honest eligibility assessments, diligent preparation and professional representation, not to particular results. Government processing times, program changes and decisions are outside our control.
5. Your responsibilities
When you engage our services, you agree to:
- provide complete, accurate and truthful information and genuine documents;
- disclose all facts relevant to your file, including prior refusals, inadmissibility issues or criminal history;
- respond to requests for documents and information within the timelines we communicate;
- pay fees as set out in your retainer agreement.
Misrepresentation in an immigration application is a serious offence under IRPA and can result in refusal and multi-year bans. We will not knowingly submit false or misleading information, and doing so may end the retainer.
6. Fees and payments
Professional fees and government fees are set out in the retainer agreement before services begin. Government fees (IRCC application fees, biometrics, third-party test fees, etc.) are separate from professional fees and are non-refundable by us. Refunds of professional fees, where applicable, are handled as set out in the retainer agreement and CICC requirements.
7. Third parties and partners
We cooperate with independent partner organizations, including Relocation for Canada (relocationforcanada.com), which provides settlement and relocation support. Partner organizations are independent businesses: they are not our agents or employees, we do not control their services, and we are not responsible for services, websites or commitments provided by them. Any services you obtain from a partner are governed by your agreement with that partner. All immigration consulting and representation for our clients is provided exclusively by Xuan Zhang, RCIC.
8. Confidentiality
Information you share with us for your file is treated as confidential in accordance with the CICC Code of Professional Conduct and our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design, logo and images, belongs to New G Education Inc or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New G Education Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, from decisions of government authorities, from changes to immigration programs, or from services provided by independent third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the professional obligations owed by an RCIC under CICC regulations, including mandatory professional liability insurance.
11. Complaints and disputes
If you have a concern about our services, contact us first at info@newgeducationinc.com; most issues can be resolved directly. As a client of a CICC-regulated professional, you also have the right to file a complaint with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any disputes not resolved through the processes above are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
